Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality ladies’ bags. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your bag.

  • Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Have all original tags, dust bags, and accessories intact.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bags that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized bags.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us via email at tangliang154@163.com within the 14-day period. Include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the bag

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos of the bag (if damage or defect is claimed)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, error on our part (wrong item sent), or quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (except for defective/wrong items) are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a bag for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new bag faster. Alternatively, we can process an exchange upon receipt of the returned item – contact us for details.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, email us at   tangliang154@163.com.
